About the author

Come Blow Your Horn was Neil Simon's first play, opening in February 1961 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, New York City with Hal March, Arlene Golonka and Lou Jacobi starring in it. It came to the big screen in 1963, starring Frank Sinatra.

Many people think of this play as the third part of an auto-biographical trilogy, with Biloxi Blues and Broadway Bound completing the trilogy.
